Holding a Master of Science in Learning Experience Design and Educational Technology, I continually seek innovative approaches to enhance education. Throughout my career, I have developed a diverse skill set in course design, needs assessment, and instructional design, all aimed at driving meaningful organizational change. My leadership experience, guiding teams of 5-12 individuals, has strengthened my collaborative spirit and communication skills, enabling me to work effectively with business partners to achieve common objectives.
